My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the noise from the bar below on the 1st floor was a bit bothersome. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the location, although beautiful with the pond, was not the most convenient for heavy luggage. The dining experience was good with a range of options but lacked the freshness of ingredients at certain times. The facilities were decent, but some aspects could be improved.
